Digimon
Hikari's overall digimon is Tailmon, or referred to as "Gatomon" in the English version. This refers to her name in species, not her actual name. Tailmon holds the appearance of an Egyptian cat, with light green and red gloves, which hide her whipping scars. She also has a tail ring, which is somehow special to her just as Hikari's whistle is special to her. Tailmon is different from the rest of the group as she is more mature, and even holds a mature voice in the original version, as though she may be small, she can hold her form in the Adult level. This demonstrates that she is much stronger than the rest of the digimons, as more energy is needed to stay at a higher form.Tailmon actually has a bit of a backstory as compared to the other digimons. When Gennai was saving the digimon eggs from Piemon, he dropped Tailmon's digiegg. Hatched without an owner, she knew deep inside it was her destiny to find this someone. On her searching, though, she met Vamdemon as a youth, and became his henchman ever since. Behind his back, one of Vandemon's men, Wizardmon, was searching for the Eighth Child to unite Tailmon with Hikari. Wizardmon cared for Tailmon after she saved him from dehydration. When Tailmon finally drifted back to her memories before Vamdemon, she realized that she was the chosen digimon for Hikari.

Nyaromon is Tailmon's Baby2 version. Like Tailmon, she appears cat like, and her tail is similiar to her adult form. She is seen in the anime after hatching, sitting in a tree at dark, searching for her "someone". Not love, people, I mean the eighth child.Attacks:

Protomon
Protomon is actually Tailmon's Child (Rookie) form. Like Patamon, Tailmon can evolve to different appearances, not exactly similar to her usual form. Protomon has the appearance of a puppy, as compared to her cat-like shape. Though Tailmon is her usual form, when she becomes too exhausted, she will turn back into Protomon. Attacks:

Angewomon
Tailmon's beautiful and divine Perfect form. In this form, she appears as an angel, with multiple wings. Angewomon appears for the first time after Wizardmon sacrifices himself to save Tailmon and Hikari from Vamdemon's attack. The crest of light enables her to transform into her Perfect evolution and defeat Vamdemon... if only for a time. She is also required in the prophecy to defeat VenomVamdemon before entering the Digiworld again. Attacks:

Holydramon
Once more, Tailmon changes into a different-looking form. Holydramon, as the name implies, is the Ultimate (Mega) form of Tailmon, which looks like a Holy Dragon. She has the muzzle of a lion, and light pink wings upon her furry side. She only appears in the Digimon Adventure 02 movie, "The Golden Digimentals" to fight off Cherubimon and release the Golden Armor Digieggs to allow Daisuke's and Wallace's digimon to digivolve into the Golden Armor forms.Attacks:

Nefertimon
As Tailmon was temporarily unable to digivolve to her Perfect form, she had to rely on a more powerful evolution in season 02. Hikari finds the Digi-egg of Light and enables her to evolve to Nefertimon, the Light of Smiles. Nefertimon appears as an Egyptian Sphynx, as her name traces from the ancient Egyptian queen, Nefertiti. This is considered her Armor evolution.Attacks:

Silphymon
Silphymon is the hybrid form, combining Hikari's Tailmon and Miyako's Aquilamon. This form combines with both a beast and bird bodies. This evolution was a result of Hikari and Miyako working together in both mind and spirit when trapped in the Dark Ocean, after Miyako helped Hikari overcome her fear in the ocean.Attacks:
